Order Confirmation

Cheque: Please note that it would normally take about 72 hours for a cheque payment to clear. We will proceed with your delivery once we receive the cheque payment
confirmation from bank. Please provide us the Proof of Payment in order for us to acknowledge receipt of your payment.

Online Banking: Please send us the snapshot of the successful transaction receipt. We will proceed with the delivery or you can only pick up the watch from our shop once payment is cleared.

Please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package. Abbie & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the couriers attempt or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized party at that address.

Abbie & Co. is not responsible for any package lost or damaged if consignee signed and accepted the package. If your order is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of receptionists, and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance.
